Goodcook.com Sweet Creations Review

I love the holidays because I love making homemade gifts for my friends and family. One thing I've always wanted to make is chocolate bark. It is one of my favorite holiday treats.

I recently received the Brittle & Bark Mold from www.GoodCook.com, and it made the process effortless! I love this product!  The easy to follow instructions were listed on the packaging and literally took me minutes to make.

I began by placing my mold on a cookie sheet.

I then placed my self bought chocolate in the microwave and melted it according to instructions and applied it to the mold.

I then did the same with my white chocolate and marbleized them by gently swirling the chocolates with the back of my spoon:

The third step I crushed some peppermints in a  ziploc bag and sprinkled them all over the top

After following these steps, I placed the cookie sheet with mold into my freezer until the chocolate hardened (about 30 minutes)

The end result was a pure masterpiece! I gently peeled the mold away from the chocolate and had the most beautiful chocolate bark!

I wrapped my chocolate in beautiful holiday parchment paper (also available at www.GoodCook.com)
and will be making more and hand delivering them in the beautiful mailing envelopes that were also provided by www.GoodCook.com

The end result is a simple to make, beautiful handmade gift .
