Keeping My Family Heart Healthy

My family's health is my #1 priority and what I feed them is important to me. Having a history of heart disease in my family, I try to pay attention to ingredients in the foods that I make. I also care for my elderly inlaws who aren't in the best of health and prepare meals for them as well.

The American Heart Association has wonderful recipes to help keep my family heart healthy and I would like to share some of my favorite recipes with you. I also have special coupons to help save you money so that you can make these recipes too.

Broccoli Cheddar Rice

Grilled Bruschetta Chicken

Louisiana-Style Chicken, Sausage & Shrimp Skillet

Turkey Meatloaf

Pizza Primavera with Cauliflower Crust

  2. These recipes look very good! I clicked the photos and took a look at them at Campbell's Kitchen. They all look easy to make. I most want to try the Grilled Bruschetta Chicken and the Pizza Primavera with Cauliflower Crust recipes! The coupons are also great but my printer is broken.

  5. The broccoli and rice looks wonderful. We have been keeping campbell's cheddar cheese soup in the pantry for a long time. It can be used in so many different dishes.
